/ PARKING

We have plenty of parking!  Parking is available around the building as well as on the street, and back Encompass lot. Enter through the back middle door.

 

/ ARRIVE EARLY

Getting to class about 10 minutes early allows you some time to settle in and align your attitude with the purpose of class. Doors are open about 25 min prior to the start of class. In order to avoid disruption, late arrivals will not be admitted into class. Doors are locked 3 minutes after the start of class.  

 


/ SIGN IN

Please note that all classes are booked through MindBody Online. For the best experience, we recommend downloading the MindBody App, available both on iPhone and Android

Already reserved your space? Perfect. Want to walk in? No problem. Make sure to check-in with the front desk person prior to grabbing your mat space.

 

/ WHAT TO WEAR

Steer clear of baggy clothing. Yoga is best practiced in comfortable, breathable clothing. Form fitting clothing helps your teacher see your alignment. Shorts, leggings, tank tops, t-shirts, sport bras welcome. Men may prefer to go shirtless.

 

/ WHAT TO BRING

Bring a towel, mat and water. All are also available at studio. Boxed Water is sold in the studio: $1 short and $2 tall.

 

/ HYDRATE

Drink up! Be sure to drink water before, during, and after your practice. Many of our classes are heated so your body needs an adequate fund of water to allow for perspiration and release of heat. If you feel dizzy and nauseous during class, this may be a sign that your body is not properly hydrated.

 

/ CLASS ETIQUETTE

Think of your yoga class as a mini escape. This is your time. Please respect the people around you and observe silence in the studio. Undo and roll your mat out quietly. Keep conversations in the lobby or hallway to before or after class. We prefer you to turn off cell phones and keep in the lobby. Make room for everyone. Remember: you are responsible for the energy you put out, so vibe high and have fun!

 

/ FINISH

Listen to you your body. If something doesn’t feel right - don’t do it! If you need to take a break; find child’s pose or lie on your back. Do your best to not leave the room during class (unless there is a real emergency). The intention is to keep everyone focused and present and to allow your body to acclimate to practicing whether the room is heated or not.

 

/ SHOWER FACILITIES

We have a single shower stall stocked with towels and toiletries.  Available first come, first serve.
