Bootcamp Express

Bootcamp is a 30-minute functional, full-body workout that combines cardio and strength training circuits that will change how you feel in just a few weeks. While yoga is a complete practice, incorporating stability, strength and core work into the mix, you will be able to take your practice to the next level. We welcome all levels, as each exercise is adjusted to match your fitness level resulting in a stronger, leaner, more balanced body.
